Medical Payments And Authorization Request

EHR System Update Notification:

Effective October 3, 2025, the VA Financial Services Center (VAFSC) is no longer able to process medical claims or provide customer support or business communication services for the IHSC.
IHSC is working towards a resolution and will provide future updates related to where and how to submit your claims for processing with a new third party administrator.
In the interim, please hold all electronic and paper claims submissions until further notice. Please note that any mail received by the VAFSC will be returned to the sender and electronic claims will be rejected at the clearinghouse level.

If you have any immediate concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your usual point of contact for medical payment authorization request (MedPARs).
