EHR System Update Notification:

Effective May 8, 2026: The VA-FSC is authorized to provide interim claims processing for dates of service from October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2025 (FY 2023 – FY 2025) on behalf of Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Please hold all claim submissions for dates of service on or after October 1, 2025 (FY 2026), while IHSC works to bring the new TPA system with Acentra Health (https://ihsc-dhs.acentra.com/) online who will process claims for FY 2026 and forward.
All claim submissions must be electronic. For claim submission instructions, monitor VA ICE Health Service Corps Medical Claims Provider Portal (https://www.ihscepp.fsc.va.gov/) and the IHSC – Managed Care | ICE page (https://www.ice.gov/detain/ice-health-service-corps/ihs-managed-care).
IHSC will continue to provide referral authorizations for the critical services you render to our patients covered for reimbursement under (Title 18 USC 4006: Subsistence for prisoners.). Thank you for your ongoing support and patience.
